When asking about alcoholism, it is common to ask the "CAGE questionnaire."1) Have you ever felt the need to cut down on your alcohol use?
2) Have you ever been annoyed by criticism of your drinking?
3) Do you ever feel guilty about drinking?
4) Do you need to drink in the morning to wake up (eye-opener)?
