Thrombolysis in Myocardial/Infarction (TIMI) UA/NSTEMI: 12345671/2, 2+, >3+, (4), .05, >65, 7d
- CAD hx (>1/2 stenosis)
- Angina (2+ episodes in past 24hr)
- Atherosclerosis RF (>3+)
FHx
CAD
HTN
HLD
DM
Smoker - Hi cardiac markers (of which there are 4): TnI, TnT, CKMB, LDH
- ST-segment deviation of 0.05 mV or more
- Age >65
- ASA use (in past 7d)
Patients with three or more of the seven variables are considered to be at high risk, whereas those with no more than two of the variables are considered to be at low risk.
